We dug a big hole!
We dug the hole for our house on February 29, 2008.
We are really excited to get started on our house and Tommy often blesses in his prayers that we will move to our new house next week.

Henry loved all the dirt but could not figure how to get to the top of the hill like Tommy did.

Henry was also a little upset because he did get to drive the diggers.

Tommy got to help Richard Henrie (the guy who dug our hole) do so serious digging.

He was on cloud nine all day long after that.

We have got the rough plumbing done and the cement guy is here setting up the forms for footings and then foundation. We are excited and in shock at how smooth things are running for us not knowing exactly what step comes next. We are learning a lot and having fun.

How fun to actually get started. It's fun to see the pictures. You'll have to keep us up-to-date as it progresses. Good luck!

Congrats!! Let the fun and stress begin. Or in your case, maybe the stress has passed with the digging of the hole, but I wouldn't plan on it =) Come see us when you are up. Jae would love to see Tommy!

I'm so happy for you! Is the anticipation just killing you? We just found out that the moritorium in Wellsville that wouldn't let us subdivide our land has been lifted so we can finally get going on some plans of our own. Hopefully things move quick for you! Luv ya!
