Washington 2007

We went on our yearly vacation to the Lake in Washington. We had a great time with family and friends and some much needed fun in the sun. Here are a few pictures, hope you enjoy.

The boys loved spending time with their dad. Here they are after a long day on the beach.
Uncle Dave, Grandma Woolf and T-Bone are just relaxing at the beach waiting for the boat to get back. T-bone loved to ride in the tube and drive the boat.
We had a little pool that we sat on the beach and filled it with water so it could get warm for the babies. Everyday Jared would put new clean water in the pool and then the bigger kids, Derek,Tommy, & Laynee would fill it with sand. Hank didn't care much he just wanted to splash in the water.
Fun at the Lake
Here we are on the deck at the lake. Kinda fun to look back at our past lake picture and see that each time we go we add a new member.

Little Hank wanted to ride the log, but when the waves came in he wasn't too sure what to think.

This is about as far as T-bone would go into the water and he really thought he was swimming. He was so proud of himself!
We went to Grand Coulee Dam for the 4th of July and Tommy got his face painted at one of the little booths. He looks really excited doesn't he.
Little Hank just hanging out in Coulee!

T-Bone and Laynee after a long hard day of playing! We were sure glad that there was some water nearby because these two definately needed a bath before bedtime.

T-Bone really enjoyed looking for tadpoles and finding cool rocks. By the end of the week he had a whole collection but we would have needed a whole suitcase to carry them home. So we left them there for next time.
Treasure hunting is tough work!
Hank was in charge of cleaning the rocks and sampling the sand.
It all passed inspection!

One day we needed a way to contain little hank and the canoe worked perfectly. He also thought it was great because there was a little water in the bottom for him to splash in.

We had a great time at the lake and between all the crying and whining because of sand in shoes or rocks being taken out of a mouth we all survived and will for sure be headed back again.
